On Radius server ( Windows 2008 NPS ), please check the default Ports and Radius Client settings and also ensure the Radius server is available on the firewall. About 1/3 of SSL-VPN users get hung up on "preparing" to connect and then get the error "Server is not reachable"įrom my location I am able to connect fine AND I am able to connect just fine as the impacted users. On SonicWall, please double check the IP Address, Port number of your Radius server. ![]()
